Solo Traveler
Good and clean hotel with excellent front desk staff. Easy access from interstate. Excellent driving access to all of amazing downtown Chattanooga.

Traveling as Couple
There is a systemic issue at this hotel. Maybe put a manager in that believes in cleaning. Halls were not vacuumed, buffet area was disgusting with your feet sticking to the floor. Glass rings on night tables from the previous guests. Inside elevators have fingerprints all over. The only area that is clean is the lobby.The beds are supposed to be Temperpedic. Excellent location, friendly, comfortable beds,clean, room service kids eat for 4.95, good price but I think its 3 stars due to small room/bathroom, dated, no mini fridge or microwave, no extras what you should have for 3.5 star. The pool was nice, but air in locker rooms and area by pool cold, jacuzzi had couple inches of foam, warm not hot, and jets were way overpowering. Had to pay for parking in garage when it should be waived for guests! ...read more
